Conditions of rent

Subject matter of the lease will be used only for agreed purposes.
Tenant won´t ride difficult parts of river and weirs where runs the risk of damages and losses.
In case of lose, damage and steal the subject matter of the lease, tenant is obligated to pay Lessor in the 14 days according the tariff
The tenant pay a security deposit in the amount of 40€ per canoe
Contract is made in two copies, both of contractors take one copy. Both of contractors sign that they understand and agree with conditions of the contract. Ride at your own risk.

Reservation will be confirm by return e-mail or phone. Then you recieve written contract (2 copies) and reserve invoice (50 % Price of rent without transportation). Contract is concluded and canoes booked after receiving signed written contract and paying reserve invoice.
